Farm Permissions?

Hello, I have heard a about a hack\glitch going around to change peoples farm\chest permissions. Just wondering if anyone would be willing to share the information?

I don't want be a leech but the only information I have (which may already be well known, not sure) would be how to glitch the game to allow you to leave the boarder of the map without the game teleporting you back and how to go under the map. Which I am willing to share.

Someone told me yesterday that it is fixed already.

And if not... however, it is going on the costs of other players work.. that sucks
But a little hint here:
It was/is something with bad computers loading the house late and while that loading you can go switch the permission to public.
