Made over 100k selling costume snyth material using this method since it costs me 1/6 to go to mythic, then I extract it for 4/6 using the blow up item and repeat

does above still work, they patched the one I had which was to just start synthing as you go into a dungeon, then you could add the things you were synthing once again, so half price erenors
