Exploit for regrade items?

I heard some things about regrade exploit,
someone know anything about this exploit/hack?

I say that because there is a guy in my guild who has already placed more than 50 items in the divine and some other items in the epic on the fresh start server. Me and some other players are pretty sure he's using some glitch.

I was making epic sails without any kind of exploit/hacks, just alot of tries and money... and i sold atleast 5 epics xD

It would be pretty difficult to get the RNG seed - I don't believe in any of these exploits - yet.
