I'm not sure how the mod functions on RU as from some of my reading, some things get caught/detected but I'm not entirely sure since that is not usually something requested from me and I usually just dominate the NA/EU + CN/KR market and RU has they're own people doing mods/hacks.
Derp itself will not work on RU but I can and have offered customized versions of it for RU and very little had interest at the time so if you are infact interested then drop me a PM of what you want and I'll see what I can do.

Are you blocking it with an antivirus which is causing the process to hang? Are you setting the packer to admin? What options have you tried? .NET is irrelevant, the mod does not utilize it - only derp does. Explain more and I'd be happy to try an assist better.
i dont have any anti-virus, i tried tun it as admin etc (packer too), when im clicking on luncher.exe nothink happend ( my firend have same problem) there appear LUNCHER.EXE process if i look on task menager (crt alt del) after open luncher.exe but none program or window opens ( very sorry for my eng) there isnt any error or smt just nothing happens

Can you send me a PM about this, explain where the files are, what you have set and tried, ect? Would be the first time I've seen this issue.
Other than blocking the crash handler what can we do for protection, the route you explain in the video within Derp itself no longer works as it should I would imagine. I hear of people still getting "bans" for only using QoL features.

Derp works a bit more then it should now, just things people don't notice in the front end. People that suggest they're ban for QoL are usually the ones pressing everything immediately once using the tool most of the time or not taking the time to read what information is in place.
