There is only a difference in fs/legacy just being the cash shop, the client itself is global outside of that so in short - it works on any NA/EU server and even more then likely on the RU/CN/JP/KR too with some minor tweaking.

Just drop me the transaction ID and I take care of the rest so long as you specify what it is you want - you don't even need to give me a login for derp since usually when people don't I just make them a random account now.

No, only the mod will work with archebuddy.
