Sometimes your account banned even you don't bot or use any third party tool.
To lower the risk only bot with a single client, not multiclients.

Now everytime you login from a different IP address the game company send a verification code to your email to guarantee your account safety.

Without your eamil password there is no way to hack your account except to hack the game server.

The charge.exe got Shelling Protection so it is been considered as virus.
