No more temporary bans?

Hello,
I've been reading a few Discord servers the last few days and I noticed some accounts, despite never being suspended before are now receiving a straight up permanent ban on their first cheating offense.

Is this limited to 1-PC detections with Denuvo and EAC? This would make sense as it was dumb to issue only a 30 day ban on confirmed detections.

Additionally, 30 day bans are still a thing, as people are still receiving them from AnyBrain when raging or using sticky aimbot. This leads me to believe that their stat ban system still does temporary bans while every other security measure does a permanent ban.

Can anyone else confirm or shed light on this?

Its quite simple... It is detections if your software gets detected you get permabanned. If you have suspicious activity (aimbot) you get 30 days. It's not rocket science. I got permabanned in 2 accounts and the answer from embark was about files modified so it was a clear detection of software.

Standard things in the cheating scene lol, people never want to be truthful or provide any relevant information with their bans.

Yes as I thought, so they changed it then which makes a lot of sense now.
Was pretty dumb how you could use detected cheats before and only get a temporary ban.

I've seen people still getting 30 day bans, while others are getting hit with perms straight away. Feels like it depends on how they detect you rather than one fixed punishment

Even if you receive a 30 day ban and ask Embark for the reason, they will also give you the same information about the infraction that caused the ban

That sentence makes no sense sorry i am trying to figure out what you mean there. But it's quite clear you get 30 days for aimbotting and if your software gets detected by denuvo you are gone. If you ask you will get 2 different replies. One is talking about file modification (denuvo detection) and the other will be talking about unfair advantage and irregular gameplay (aimbotting) it's simple.

I have received 30 day bans without aimbotting at all and hiding ESP

So it depends on more factors than just those

Right. Basically it now depends on the cheat we use and how detected or safe it actually is
