Generally the lack of an aimbot does not make a cheat any safer. Most providers already include proper toggles to disable it if you simply do not wish to use it. If a provider does not offer an aimbot at all, it is usually due to other reasons, such as the complexity and effort required to make it effective and resistant against systems like AI Anybrain Aimbot detector, rather than anything related to software safety itself.

This is also correct. You should not rely on inbuilt spoofers, as they often lack the level of security required. So as long as you choose a proper standalone spoofer from EPVP, that focuses on understanding the game's tracking systems, you should be fine.
(Inbuilt means it is not a standalone kernel level or lower level solution in this case, but rather a lightweight bypass that loads automatically with the cheat.)
