Goon baboon took $3,000 dollars from me and never responded. Was supposed to do PCI leech and provide high tier firmware. He asked for payment upfront so I delivered. Since payment no response from him. Stay away from garbage company. It’s been 1 month.

You are going to have to provide proof, and all your documents. If this was outside the black market area you can try to make a complaint in the compliant area, you can also post this directly in there sales topic as well.

I'm glad to hear you have proof, and if you wish you should take it to the area I told you about above if this is someone selling on Epvp, its the best advice I can give you.

Respecting your rights to free speech and your frustration based on what you are currently going threw but you should try to avoid the insults and what not as it is a rule violation, if you been scammed I dont want to see you get denied help based on a rule violation.
