Cheat with Teleporting?

Seen a few videos of cheaters teleporting to raiders hatches, etc. How are people doing this, or what cheat is it?

I think the cheat just allows you to interact with objects far away, actual teleporting will be easily flagged

I always use it and never been banned (using private not the milkyway but talking about the feature itself)

if u can vacuum/opk mobs then u have the XYZ cords of ur character and can teleport. or even teleport no clip.
