Does anyone have the Synapse timings for automatic triggering?

Yeah, for automatic triggering in Synapse it’s usually around 50–60 ms. That range works best for consistency without missing inputs.

Anything faster than 50ms (like 20-30ms) usually breaks the gun's fire rate cap or makes the server lag you out, causing ghost bullets.

If you're on Synapse 3, just set it to "play while assigned key is pressed" with a 0.06 s delay.

About the Kettle macro, how do you use it? I’ve already made a macro with G Hub and an Arduino Leonardo, but my account always gets suspended… Are you able to use a macro on Kettle or Burlleta? Could you please share your config, please?

The reason you're getting suspended is that Embark simply figured out how Kettle works in the January update. They dropped the fire rate cap from 600 RPM down to 450 RPM.

Your macro is likely trying to click way faster than the new RPM limit. In Arc Raiders, if you send inputs faster than the gun's server-side cap, it triggers a flag for unnatural input frequency. The timing is what's killing you.
