As for the games I’m interested in they are: Apex, Battlefield 6, and Fortnite.
and what is RDMA?
How safe is this?

RDMA is remote direct memory access, working via network cards. So instead of getting the pcie cards you would get a network card instead. In my opinion RDMA completely defeats the purpose of going DMA in the first place, since as far as im concerned, you will have to run their driver on your main computer. So if you wanna go the DMA route, go for real dma, when you opt for RDMA, might aswell just use a good software cheat instead. How safe it is, all comes down to the firmware and your mouse device. (Incase im wrong here, correct me, Im not in the DMA game since years anymore)
Incase you dont care about money, Id say DMA can be a good pick but at the same time, if money isnt the problem, a good software private can do the same good job
Incase you do care about money, depending on the game the firmwares can get quite expensive and get blocked more often. So watch that, look at the game you are going for first.
In addition, since you want to play multiple games, in your list 2 being on Javelin and one on EAC, you also have to consider that some firmwares will only be working for some anticheats. You will see some firmwares being EAC only or Javelin only or VGK only and this and that. Can be annoying aswell
And also what I want to mention, DMA cheats are unusually expensive for what they really are. Considering that the hard work of staying undetected is all done by the firmware developers, DMA cheats are overpriced as ****.
