what's the best apex rage internal out there right now I used to use last cheat back in the day and then I switched to Cola.. I don't seem to find any more rage cheats for apex that have op features like psilent, instanthit, super slide ect.

Rage is kinda dead on apex now, most blatant stuffs get cooked fast by EAC especially instant hit and crazy movement features

You wont find any for sale publicly. There are some that are easy enough to get into but expect 3-5 games lifespan, not worth it for the price. The ragers you see in high elo are all using the same 2-3 cheats and its almost impossible to get them. Raging is not as easy as it used to be

Tbh, I've heard this recently and been told that alot of devs are going away from internal cheats because eac is extremely high. I've used some externals but for the price some are not worth it. Would you say at this point "Raging" is dead completely?

It is not dead just not available to everyone anymore
