I’ve tried Sync’s permanent spoofer and got banned about a week later. After that, I tried their temporary spoofer and was banned again a few days later. What I don’t understand is why the permanent one failed in the first place—everything showed as “green” after the process.
Is there something I might have missed beyond what the manual explains? It’s frustrating because I’ve now spent a fair amount of money without any real results. I’ve also used their temporary spoofer in the past with the same outcome.
I’m not trying to be rude, but I expected more thorough support—especially in terms of investigating what might have gone wrong.
For context, the game I’ve been playing is Apex Legends.
If anyone is willing to share their experience, I’d really appreciate it.
Take care,

I'm not going to do a sales pitch or anything but one thing that I do recommend for every single person out there: if you're looking for any provider, you must go with the hybrid version because most games started flagging stuff like tpm and disc and sometimes you cannot spoof your own disc using raid0 with perm spoofing. You need to find something with a hybrid version. We do offer that obviously in CleanBan but eventually it's your choice.
If you have any more questions about perm spoofing specifically, let me know. As for temp most of the temp spoofers in the market right now are not the best. Most of them are having issues with other cleaners or detections with EAC. I heard it was doing fine but then he's updating his stuff. I'm not sure how he's doing right now. Sync as well does not support it. In terms of cleaners you have to reinstall for it and it's the same for us. We don't support the cleaner for Apex. If you can reinstall and use our temp, it will work flawlessly fine and obviously look for someone with a refund policy.
One more thing to consider that a lot of people don't see: it could sometimes be your gameplay. It could be the software that you're using. It's not necessarily the spoofer. Especially that it's been a week since you got banned so there's a higher chance it's something else other than your hardware ID
