perm spoof requires windows reinstall. It's fast either way, takes maybe 20 minutes. The only thing that takes time is Apex redownload. I do believe that they IP ban for a certain time period as well, so even if you temp or perm spoofed, if you don't change your IP, you will still get banned.

There are no IP bans, and there's no such thing as a "MEGA HWID BAN." It's just a normal HWID ban - and everyone receives it during the tutorial, the timer is just randomized. This is normal behaviour.
