Can i ask if any recieve this message in his email .... I know it is banned ...no idea what the reason it is cheating or what?
they are saying (terms of Sale) as u see in picture...
Who got banned recently could share ur email that u received

So you always receive an e-mail when you get banned. I see you got the e-mail, so i am not sure what you are asking? they are telling you that you got banned for cheating, so, what is so confusing to you?

Sounds like the usual EA ban message when they catch something suspicious but don’t give details

My Season 1 account that never used a cheat got banned and they don't say Terms of Sale, they say you violated Terms of Service.

They do not give you a specific reason and just leave it broad and recommend you to just read the ToS and figure it out.

It's bull ****. I've messaged two EA workers on LinkedIn asking for a more credible review, because these underpaid overseas CSRs are absolute garbage.

Next, I'll hit them on BBB.
