I've only heard of a private one, not sure if theres public ones that have this feature.

Private one not for sell asking on public forum wont get you one, chances are you will be scammed.

That isn't emulation, that's just natively cheating on a switch with firmware. There are even switch cheats listed on EPVP, but there is not and likely will never be a for sale cheat that has emulation.
