To my knowledge rewasd is blocked and you will need to do some methods to bypass it

Rewasd on PC is bannable.

But you can use Xim Matrix.

You will have less input delay than Rewasd.

Its the same like Rewasd but hardware based instead of software.
Many kbm players use xim on console or PC.
