ill link 3 developers that makes sells permanent spoofers, the first 2 have the option to spoof for asus locked mobo aswell, so consider that if you on asus, ive used them all before so i can 100% say that they worked fine when i used.

That's a crazy claim. I've used sync for years and never had problems and they are perm. Most are using amidewinx64 and have you use RAID and disable your Wi-Fi adapter.

reported has the best reputation and easiest to use, aqua is slightly cheaper, I've recently heard good things about sync as well.
ignore everything else.
I've bought most of them, there are some good ones, and also some complete garbage (like the one you mentioned)
If i had to pick only one it would be Sync easy. Been my main one for a long time now. Both perm and temp.
