A fuser isn't required. As for the purpose it, as the name implies, fuses the displays together so your esp is on your main monitor. I have little knowledge on the topic but I'm pretty sure writing an esp box into the games memory wouldn't help when it comes to detection. Keeping it on the second PC removes more possibilities of getting detected. Again I have little knowledge and if I'm horribly wrong someone please correct me.
