AI ban appear to be associated with damage. I killed 12 people in cycle mode, but I have 6200 damage because I intentionally didn't kill them. My account was banned less than half an hour later.

Sounds more like you were hwid banned. Accounts get banned in the time of 2 hours gameplay.
