Play for 2-3 hours, Most bans are after 60-90 mins but once I was hit at the 150th minute.
Don't need to really play, just stay in lobby.
Also keep in mind apex doesn't ban HWID after first offense, takes like 4-5 bans to get HWID banned, then later on drive banned too so stay aware.

Imagine you're baking a cake, and the recipe calls for it to be in the oven for "about 30 minutes or so." If you were to bake it for 60 minutes, which is double the time, it would likely be overcooked or even burnt.
Similarly, when someone says "one hour or so," they're generally suggesting a time period around one hour — it could be a little less or a bit more, perhaps 50 minutes to 1 hour and 10 minutes. The "or so" part gives a small window of flexibility, indicating that the exact time isn't strict. However, once you start approaching two hours, you're doubling the suggested duration, which exceeds the implied flexibility of the original statement.
It's like being told to lightly salt your food and then dumping a whole salt shaker on it. There's a clear difference between a pinch and a heap.
I think it's about time you start reading up on general terminology, because this is painful to read.
Good luck with whatever you're doing.

Lobby, is that so? I usually enter training with my auto-play bot, but maybe you're right about that. That would make testing a lot easier. Thanks for the suggestion.

Yes, thats actually how I did my testing as well.
Just finish that annoying *** training and stay in lobby, you may get disconnected once or twice but it does not make a difference.
After some time you will get that ban message.
Much safer and easier than autoplay bot as those sometimes could get u banned yk

Oh you finish the training? It's actually not needed. It's probably easier to do what I do then.
Stay in training for 120 min without playing it. That works as well.

not gonna lie im not gonna read all this, ur probably just repeating the same thing u said but more words, anyways i said a hour or so meaning the same thing, no need to try and correct me cause you want to seem more experienced
edit: i read a bit of it, i dont get how baking a cake blah blah is being compared to cheats, also salt analogy makes no sense

You clearly have a problem with understanding basic terms or analogies. I tried to simplify it by making examples to help brain you process it, but it's still not clicking and you're still disconnected. 'An hour or so' doesn't mean two hours. I have spent enough time lecturing you. Have a good evening nevertheless
