Im talking about their item esp, and it seems fully customizable to me. About their ab I do not know when did you try it but they updated their ab prediction about 15 days ago, you should check it out.

If you get ignored, simply explain that you're going to make a chargeback, maybe that'll wake them up and they'll get back to you
