Hi zippoboi. Our silent aim implementation is a bit different from alot of other cheats. What you often find with "silent aim" in other cheats (especially external) is that bullets will do perfect damage no matter where you point your weapon. they do this by not rendering the true direction of your weapon. The problem with that is that the enemy sees your weapon as normal and they see your aimbot. This isn't true for all other cheats but is the way it's done in a lot of cases. Many do not mind this as it has been labelled a "rage feature" (popular with Chinese cheats).
At CX we designed silent aim in an entirely different way. Exploiting the netcode and lag compensation systems in Apex to smooth the bullet tracking such that it looks nearly invisible on the spectator perspective (something that almost resembles pSilent). We have videos of how it works on our forum if you want to check it out. (Click logo in bio)
