How do i play with a hwid ban?

I changed my mind on cheating and stoped cheating. But i got a Hwid ban on Apex. What do i need do do when i wanna play again? I am a noob when it comes to PC stuff, also i dont really wanna buy a spoofer, so how do i delete traces and all the other stuff, so i can play again?
