"Best" depends on what you want. "Best" in terms of being undetected? "Best" in terms of most features? "Best" in terms of the lowest price?
Because you will get wildly different results based on which of these you choose.

Just find your chosen provider and use hwidspoofer.com. This shouldn’t be as complicated as it is. You don’t need to restrict your choices when you could obviously buy a spoofer stand alone

How’s it bad advice? That’s literally the meaning of advice, he can still chose whatever he wants. Hwidspoofer.com rarely gets waved so it’s not a bad choice.
