It is an obvious bad attempt to spread malware.
Pretty easy if people so desperate for free cheats but simply, this world works around money. We are not talking about a program which would benefit a community etc. and therefore the pretty much only incentive to create such a free cheat is to spread malware or adware.
Also u can read alone from the text that its purely written for SEO and it sounds ridiculous lol. A legit provider does not have to state "Hacks are checked for viruses and performance, we can safely say that hacks 2019 on our site do not harm your computer. "
Additionally if you actually find something free which works, congratulations! Now, lets share it right so many people can use it and get EAs attention to it lol.
