you directly type 0x00000078 into the dropdown box where you can choose 0x00000018 and 0x0000030.

I've been using this since I was playing because I use a low spec PC (GTX 660 + 4GB RAM) and it really allows me to play the game (I just had to close all other intensive programs). I'm not banned so far from using it. If I recall correctly, it was said that keeping the inspector open leads to a ban so I avoid running it in the background by basically closing it before launching the game.
