hey, just wanted to clear things up a little...

null and participant are friends and built this together. after release participant became the maintainer and he’s the one who should deal with customers. null isn’t supposed to be in support, but people keep tagging him and it turns into drama. the timeouts and the way he talked are on us for letting that keep happening. we should have locked it down earlier.

Don't buy ModdingAssociation, it didn’t work for me and support was terrible.

I ran into a technical issue on my PC that stopped me from testing it properly, so I asked support if I could get another day to try it after fixing the problem the next day. I even offered to leave a vouch in exchange, but the support refused to give a refund or another free key.

I stayed polite and formal the entire time, but the support ended up being really rude and aggressive for no reason, saying things like it was “my problem” and calling the ticket a “waste of time.” They also suggested I should leave positive reviews even though I hadn’t been able to test the product yet. On top of that, it seems like they use fake vouches and Trustpilot reviews in exchange for free keys to make things look more legitimate.

I get that the initial issue was on my end, but there’s no reason to be disrespectful. A little cooperation goes a long way, and it would actually help build a good reputation instead of frustrating customers.

Its in german, i didnt wanted to translate the picture so no one could say that it is fake.
The message that the ticket is a time waste is unfortunately not on the screenshot, but I would say that this should be sufficient.

Clutch solutions does not live up to reputation. Many users are getting banned including myself on fresh HWIDs, they're detected. Their response? "We are aware of the bans and are currently investigating the issues". They don't even take Apex off the store. Why are you idiots even continuing to sell your cheat. Thankfully I only bought a 3 day key but wtf??? Just letting people continue to buy a detected cheat??? Absolute garbage transparency, people should buy with caution. If I'd known it was DTC I wouldn't have wasted my money or time, but no according to them its all good.

we had 5 reports recently but its really small amount, so not sure whats wrong with them, so far ud on apex about year (we were on update 3-4 months from year due to some issues with bypass & eac), currently going very well
