We never ban for feedback on the cheat, whether positive or negative, infact, we encourage it. I can show instances of me rewarding people with free subscription time whenever a suggestion came in, we regularly check up on people to see if they're doing well and if the cheat is up to their expectations.




Additionally, the cheat's safe. Whenever someone comes with a ban report, we immediately investigate and in some cases, even pay for spoofers from our own pocket, to verify if the issue is indeed in our hands.

You should let Grim handle the marketing, you are clearly to young and impulsive for this task.

Care to explain why you banned this customer Strenix for calling your shit detected on epvp, which it was, your other dev has admitted that it was detected. But yeah keep bring your vouches from discord as proof. At this point no one is surprised when you get detected, this is the norm it seems.

Grimset is not a developer, there was a bug when we recoded our aimbot which would result in irregular mouse movement, if you had GHub or other certain mouse software, you would get this issue, this has been the cause for like a day and a half until I was informed about it and resolved - that's also only for people on Win10 22h2 and Win11 24h2 - if you haven't noticed, cheating is a cat-and-mouse game, we're one of the very few providers who listen to the community and actually update whenever there's an issue.

But sure, you had a bad experience - so try to blind everyone else, lol.

As for the other guy - I clearly state in the message he violated T&C, there's a difference between "reporting to them that their shit is dtc" as you stated and publicly undermining the cheat, without contacting me, which is also what I stated in the message. Why don't you mention, that after your friend got banned - the cheat went down for us to do tests verifying its security - and his "thesis" was proven false?

EDIT: Even though your friend tried threatening us with "ruining our rep" and similar, we've stayed polite and open about the situation, I'll let everyone make an opinion by themselves.



EDIT2: Even on your own screenshot - Grim says it that we have 0 problems offering a refund to people who are unhappy with the cheat. This thread has turned into a witchhunt of find everything that ngrhook does bad, ignore everything that ngrhook does good.

Theres providers who wouldnt bat an eye at ratting/token stealing someone who said something bad about their cheat, theres providers who dont care if theyre EFI paste ruins your boot manager and people who deliberately sell detected cheats with no remorse...

We support all relevant Windows versions - everywhere from Windows 10 22H2 to the latest Windows 11 24H2
We allow people to freeze their subscriptions in case they cant play
We hire people to support and teach new people 1-on-1 on how to cheat, how to not get banned and in some special cases supervise their injections
We allow people to make literal, real life money with us by using affiliate links
We are one of the VERY FEW providers who PAY for MEDIA
We allow people to cheat without them having to install medal, a specific version of steelseries, or do 3000 BIOS steps just to get the cheat to run
We listen to the community, we change whatever gets complained about and we always focus on transparency
Weve had an incredible streak of staying UD for over a year with us reaching more than a 1000 users on Apex Legends alone

Yet this all seems to be forgotten and I get bashed when someone MAKES UP a detection and I decide to ban them ON MY CHEAT, since its LITERALLY against the rules. I wouldnt say or even dare to touch his account if I knew the cheat was detected and he turned out to be right.

Atlas is correct in his statements. I tried you guys out for a few days and was banned several times on new accounts with a working spoofer. All bans happened within a few games. At the time I thought it was the spoofer I was using. I came back on a separate occasion using a spoofer you guys recommended (aqua) and was STILL getting banned with your cheat. My favorite part is that I bought a month sub when I came back because I was naive to think that your cheat was actually undetected. Also, I asked for a refund, and that was rejected. Not only do you guys deny refunds, but you lie about being undetected. Every time I joined back into your server to check how things were going, there’d be countless messages about people getting banned.
The worst thing I did was take fault by saying it was the spoofer, when in reality , it was the cheat getting me banned. I tried three reputable spoofers with this cheat, and got banned using all three (sync.top, divinium, and aqua). They all work perfectly fine as I tested them without the cheat and never got banned. It’s funny how you try to defend ngr. You guys literally hide your detections. Are you still claiming to be UD since January? Completely false if so.

Sorry you had a bad experience - I have never heard of divinium and only heard bad things about sync.top, I know aqua spoofer works fine - unless you are on 24H2, are you? If so - there's the reason for your bans, idk if others spoofers support 24H2 or dont.

Without you giving me more details, I'm unable to pinpoint what was the issue but you're right - as I stated previously, there were issues on Win10 22H2 and Win11 24H2 (with 1 specific OS build of Win11 23H2) when we recoded our aimbot, this has been fixed and was caused by a third party mouse software, not the cheat, which is why we didn't list it as a detection, as what got detected was the mouse input interferences between things like GHub which would sometimes make the mouse flick randomly. If you hadn't any mouse software, all should be good and we register no bans from such individuals.

You're correct to question our status to be UD since January - and I can confidently say we're doing good, apart from this mouse incident. Ever since our January wave, we've made it our priority to make sure EVERYTHING gets tested, our BETA team currently consists of 20-30 people for Apex and Fortnite together - these people play almost daily and instantly whenever any report (or even if it doesnt) appear - and that's where I've taken all the screenshots I've sent in the past, except for those that come from DMs.

Keep in mind - I'm well aware that with this big of a spectrum of windows versions that we support - errors can happen, but we're there and solve them instantly, this is why I've been emphasizing the importance of contacting us first so we can look into it.

We have a registered LLC and currently NGRHook is my main income, if there was any suspicion that the cheat was full on detected, what would the incentive be for me to sell? None...

If you'd like and are open to it - dm me on discord at (tukewin) and I'll pay your expenses for the spoofer out of pocket and give you a key once V3 comes out to change your mind, I really think you'll like what we've put together.

Anybody have any success with clutch solutions I have been banned twice within a 24 hour period on two separate accounts using them...what am I doing wrong? second time i only used aimbot turned down low just to test my aim is already pretty good
