Here’s the context: this user created a ticket at 2 AM, and our only support staff at the time responded as quickly as possible despite the late hour. By 6 AM, he requested a refund, but the solution to his issue was clearly outlined in our tutorial, which unfortunately wasn’t followed.

We recognize that 24/7 support is the ideal, and while we haven’t reached that point yet, we’re making steady progress toward it. In the meantime, we always offer compensation for delays caused by overnight response times if the customer is willing to cooperate. However, in this case, the user declined to continue using the cheat, ignored our instructions, and was unnecessarily rude, which isn’t productive for anyone.

We care deeply about our customers and are constantly improving our service, but in this situation, I firmly believe we acted professionally and fairly.
