He was upset our fortnite product didn't have skeleton esp and hp esp (which isn't even possible in fortnite), asked for a refund because of those reasons, and got denied.

Haven't played Fortnite so no familiar with it, any reason why Health ESP is not possible? Is it like Rust where it's server sided?
