If you buy from them dont expect the product to work. The live status of wether or not anything works is not true. If you buy from them and something is down you will NOT get compensated. If you have an issue with any of their software or firmware expect to wait at least 12 hours for each reply and on average 24 hours for a reply. In a 3 day old ticket it took 14 hours to get an initial reply, that reply was the dev asking to be reminded in 12 hours. The next message from that person was 37 hours later. Keep in mind I am replying within an hour and the now it has been 7 hours of nothing from the dev other than that it is updating. The val software opens up and just sits there with high mem/s values and nothing shows on the radar. Also do not even bother trying to pay with crypto, I paid the the transaction shows on the recipients address but it wont auto detect because it was 12 cents too much and the owner wont even respond to my message about that issue along with all the others

I got the firmware from here, and the support period is really long. The firmware they sent didn't work, and we're still working on a solution. I'm getting support from two users on Discord named reya and jacksparrow, but their response times are very long. After flashing my DMA with the firmware they sent me, the firmware didn't work. I reported this to them, and they told me to upgrade my Windows to 11 and update to the latest version, which I did, but it still didn't work. Then they told me to try a different PCI slot, but none of these steps will make a non-working firmware work. Finally, I wanted to check the driver. In Device Manager, the driver appears with a yellow exclamation mark. When I checked its contents, I saw that the vendor ID and device ID were fake, and I verified this with ChatGPT. In other words, the firmware they emulated belongs to a fake device and does not emulate a real device. I reported this to them and am waiting for a response.
