I bought a 7-day access on the 4th of June (9 days ago). To date, no solutions have been provided, and I am being ignored on Discord. Normally, I don’t give negative reviews, but this provider is the worst I have encountered so far in all these years.

When I made the purchase, I only received 3 days instead of 7, so I submitted a ticket. Their response was: “Sorry, I’ll check.” After that, I received no further solution.

I followed all the instructions provided, but I had no luck getting the cheat to work. I even provided a recording of every step, but it still didn’t work. After hours of testing and sending in the recordings, they told me the issue was related to a Windows update. I thought Windows 11 24H2 was supported?

After trying for over 10 hours in two days (the seller is very unresponsive and I had to tag him many times), I asked for a refund because I didn’t want to spend countless more hours trying to get it to work. However, a refund was refused, even though their site states that a refund is guaranteed if the customer can’t get it to work.

The seller continues to ignore my refund request. It has now been 4 days since my initial request, and when I asked again, he simply replied: “Try now,” as if the cheat would suddenly start working. He also didn’t fix the duration of my key; I only got 3 days, and now it’s the 4th day so the key has expired. I gave him the key, and he said it was added, but it wasn’t. He asked for the key again, and after I gave it to him, he kept ignoring me.

Today is the 13th of June, 9 days later, and I still don’t have a working key.

I’d say ban these shady sellers.
I have provided screenshots as proof.

Once I posted this, the seller instantly provided a new key.
But once again, the cheat didn't work.
I don't know what they are doing on their backend, but after a day and a few hours of trying, he asked me to try again—and it worked.

But surprise, surprise: after just two matches, my account got banned.
I have an aged account daily played, never used cheats on it before, and no accounts have ever been banned on this computer.
I also didn't change any settings; I used the default settings that came with it. I only turned on the aimbot, and after testing, the aimbot settings were pretty good—comparable to a mid-experienced gamer's aim.

Then I told the seller, and he said: "It's not the cheat."
I explained everything, and he said: "Maybe you used unsafe aimbot settings."
But the settings were untouched, and the aim was definitely not excessive, as was my playstyle, because I got 1000 damage on average with only 3-4 kills, which is on par with a mid-experienced Apex player.

And now he asks me to turn off the aimbot? The entire reason for this cheat is the aimbot, right?!

Like I said before: Skip this seller. There are a lot of good cheats out there that don't get you banned this fast and have much better customer support.

Check timestamps on Discord and when I made the post:
I waited days without an answer, even after bumping the thread, and only hours after I posted my review/feedback did you suddenly respond.

And you say my comment is about nothing? People can check the screenshot with the timestamp and see that it’s something.

Waiting 10 days to get a cheat working is unacceptable. Your statement on your site about a "Refund guaranteed" is also false; you are refusing a refund after days of trying to get the cheat working.

If you were truly an honest seller with decent customer service, you would have just agreed to the refund request when I tried to get it working after 4 days and it still wasn’t functioning, instead of barely replying or sorting it out until I had to post a review/feedback here to get a response.

@# I would like some sort of solution regarding this seller. Even if I don’t get a refund, this seller shouldn’t be selling with this attitude toward customer service and a half-working cheat. As I told the seller, I purchased a different cheat yesterday, installed it without any issues, and played 30+ matches without a single ban or problem, even with default settings.
