-rep apex external trash cheat crashed my pc disabled input and output sound i had to reinstall windows never buy it again support useless no idea what to do (high end pc 4090-intel i9 - asus mb darkhero) even their support refused to give solutions or investigate the issue.

Trash review since it was confirmed that we do not touch input or output of your sound, SteelSeries does. BSODs are normal and can be easily fixed, but you never created a ticket about that exact issue because if you would we would ask for dump, as we can see on screenshot below

Besides that, maybe you would like to enable your brain a bit? Let's imagine it's not because of SteelSeries and will continue with your take "it only happend after i used the cheez when it restarted to turn off hyper v"

Are you braindead or somenthing? You literally wrote that it happened after it restarted your PC to disable HyperV, a function of Windows itself — we're not devs of it so it is not directly related to the product. On top of that, it directly means that you did NOT use our product because you can't use it before all the preparations are done. Otherwise you wouldn't have to restart your PC in the first place. So, basically, you did not use it, you've only restarted your PC to use the product after the preparations. Nice try, enable your brain and logic next time.

Besides that I have 2 desktop PCs more and 1 laptop on Intel which makes my tests correct, I would see issues at least with sound for sure. But I never ever had any issues with sound except the ony that caused by SteelSeries. So I guess now you can't say anything more can you? What a waste of time.

I followed the instructions as provided after i bought the cheat. to spoof it required to turn off hyperV and after it spoofed and restarted your spoofer crashed my USB ports as your confirmed in the chat. but no one wanted to say the spoofer is incompatible with asus Z790 Darkhero you just blamed Steelseries GG that it caused the issue with my input and output sound wasn't working ? but my USB Ports were fked by your spoofer tried to unplug and plug had same issue Headphones and Mic were off. after you accidently said it while you are trying to showing off in the chat and approved you my point you kicked from discord nice try to cover it up please next time upload the whole convo. don't ever buy from this trash dev. no help from the support even though I bought it directly from them.
