Purchased a day key status was stated as Undetected. Didn't work after following all steps. Support connected to my pc 3 times couldn't get it to work. Not supposedly its down for 2 days haven't used once and they wont refund.

Summary
Wouldn't recommend there apex product. Also didnt know they are resellers if i did would have gone to the source but they advertise it as if its there own product.

I bought it when it was online didnt work after many attempts from support to fix it. Then later that day you guys took it down due to a game update. It wasnt working for me prior to any game updates. And you still wont refund me

-REP for Unnamed "support", had to wait like 2 weeks after purchasing because it was on update, then i could not even try it because I am getting bootkit errors. Support was not helpful at all. In fact they went radio silence after they could not help. All steps were followed and Issue is clearly on their side since NEVER any Apex chair gave me issues.

Lol I knew the mods would try to delete this despite being given proof of purchase. I was wondering why this thread has so little negative reviews, I got my answer and good that I save the reviews reposting. Edit: this review is for their support, not their chair as I can not review it if it does not work
