Me and my support team have stayed consistent with you the whole way. Your buying for a product that has been in an out of updating. We have made sure to stay in contact within a 24 hour time period. What company you know of that is going to deal with being contacted through tickets about an ETA? None. Usually you actions have you removed from the server.
