Yes it is like that intentionally. The trial is mostly to make sure the cheat is compatible with your system and also gives you a short time to play with some of the features.

Pretty much arrogant answers from support... dude been talking all freaking day in the chat about the games they playing and replying with this type of "attitude"... dude I paid for a service and you are being unfair and arrogant with your customers...
