Tried to buy a while a ago through BTC , never got the voucher and support didn't issue a redound or voucher .. so that is 20usd gone

Been a customer , but not anymore after this .. Don't get me wrong no problems with getting it through re-sellers but you kind of not cared enough to help with this

Check timestamp of the BTC transaction and check your records against failed transactions on that date , and you can track that btc cash right into your wallet..

The way I see it .. Some money went out of my wallet and I didn't get anything for it, I'm not mad I'm just telling the truth , if you really wanted you could check and you would have enough proof that I paid the money and I didn't get anything.

But then again , you can't be bothered and that was my whole point.

I don't use the wallet that I used back then anymore so I have no way to actually confirm that I got it.
The BTC address that you sent it to wasn't mine, it was an address generated by coinpayments.net (the payment portal that we used back then).
Wouldn't have been an issue if you contacted me on same day or atleast within the SAME WEEK. But it's been 4 months now, so it kinda is your own fault.
Btw, you cancelled the invoice by yourself, that's why you didn't receive the giftcard. Next time please use your brain or ask me.

to confirm money got into your account.

Again , as I said rather than finding excuses you could just try to be fair. I paid for something which i never received ... And for 30 usd you just lost a customer and a guy who refereed at least 6-7 other people to use your stuff.

Our payment system works, it's not my fault if people aren't able to use it.
If you send the wrong amount or to the wrong address, it's your own fault. Consequently it's your fault as well if you cancel the invoice.

Yeah, it's been a while my video card died and I was waiting for a new one then work. So prior to when it went down is when I was using it. Honestly, no complaints at all exceeded my expectations and made a 35-year-old play like a 16-year-old cracked out caffeine.
