Is there any animator out there?

I am looking for someone who would like to work on a small project related to anime, as I have no experience at all, but I would like to create a few minutes long animated video.

I really hope someone would like to work with me as I am going through some **** right now, and it has something to do with this project as well, but I'll tell about that later, if someone manages to be interested.
