TBM API v2

Since 30.03.2022 we have upgraded our TBM API to v2. This API offers you many new possibilities to automate our TBM features.

Secure your account!
Account security is a very important topic for us and therefore we have added the 2-Factor-Authentication a little while ago. With this feature, we have added an important improvement to our already existing account security features, to protect your account from getting compromised. If you want to read more about this topic, read this announcement and activate the 2-Factor-Authentication today!

If not already seen yet, we now have an "OG Badge". For this, you must have been registered for at least 10 years and have made 10 posts per year (not consecutive). In addition, you must also have written a total of 1000 posts.
The current year is counted, as an example users who have registered in 2014 can already receive the OG Badge in 2023 (if they meet all requirements). This process has been automated by us.

• I keep getting captchas to use elitepvpers, what is the reason?

  Captchas are used to protect the forum against DDoS attacks.
  Even though they can be annoying, they are for the benefit of all users and allow the forum to be permanently accessible.
• How you can trade safely on elitepvpers:

  If you decide to trade with another user inside our Black Market, there are first some rules to know about. The first step to trade in a safe manner is to be aware of our rules, so please take some time and get familiar with the following threads:

  You got familiar with our rules and guidelines? Thats great! You now have made the first step into more secure trading. In the whole Black Market there is the golden rule to follow:
  Always request a trade! Requesting a trade is considered mandatory in all forums of The Black Market. Any trade that is conducted without requesting a trade via Black Market will not be supported and you'll also be unable to rate your trade-partner. Please pay attention to this rule as we are not able to provide you any kind of support without a valid trade. *ATTENTION* A trade has to be accepted by your trade partner!
  
  The whole trade conversation needs to be done via elitepvpers, no matter if you trade with elite*gold or not. To make this communication easier, we provide you with our Messenger. As soon as you send a trade request, you will have to accept that you will not trade via any third party program or website, such as discord.

  If you decide to ignore this rule and trade via e.g. discord anyways, we will not be able to provide you any kind of support in case of problems or fraud. The reason for that is simply that chats on other programs or websites can easily be manipulated, changed or deleted. If your trade partner insists of trading outside of elitepvpers, you should consider to change your trade partner.
  
  In case you decide to trade with elite*gold, you should know that it is getting locked for 5 minutes after you send it to someone. In this 5 minutes you can open the trade and create a dispute to lock the elite*gold permanently until you receive your part of the trade.

  If there are any issues encountered, you can escalte the dispute.
  
  In case you do not want to trade with elite*gold
  
  In this case the same rules apply. Request a trade is mandatory. The whole conversation needs to take place on elitepvpers. In the Black Market you can see who is an experienced trader and who is new based on their trade ratings.

  The green number indicates successful trades, which went well without any issues. The black number stands for trades which had some issues. The red number now indicates trades which failed, this could for example happen when you do not receive your part of the trade.
  Even when you trade with someone who has a lot of positve ratings, you need to be careful. Always stick to our rules. Always request a trade. Always communicate via elitepvpers.
• The trade went great! How can I rate it?

  If your trade was successful and you are happy, I'm sure that both you and your trade partner would like a positive feedback. In case you do not have your trade link anymore, you can easily locate it within your Black Market profile. You see a full overview of all your trades and can simply select the correct one. When you click on the trade, you will be able to rate it and also leave a comment which will be visible for everyone.
  In addition to this, you can also leave a feedback comment in the thread of the user. Please pay attention that in case of a negative feedback you will have to provide evidences, otherwise we will have to delete your feedback. As soon as the trade has been accepted, you have 1 month time to rate it.
  
  Leaving a feedback is optional and you can not be forced to do so.
• I have been scammed! What now?

  First of all it's important to remain calm. Are you sure that you have been scammed? Is your trade partner just afk for a few minutes? If you are certain that you have been scammed, you first should check if you can get our support. Has there been a trade request? Did you communicate with your trade partner via elitepvpers only? If thats the case, first thing you can do is to leave a negative trade rating. Sometimes this is already enough to solve the issue.
  
  If this is not solving the issue, you can contact us via the Complaint Area. When you create a thread there, you will find the point "I have been scammed!". Click on it to create the thread and please provide us all information immediately. This includes chat messeges, private messeges and any other kind of evidence you have. In addition to that you should also report this fraud at your local police station. You can tell the police our support e-mail: support@elitepvpers.com - They can get the users data directly from us via that address. We will not provide any kind of personal user data directly to another user.
• I have received an unfair warning/infraction

  First of all let me tell you that all our staff are human and mistakes can happen. If you feel like the warning/infraction you received is undeserved, please first get in contact with the moderator who gave it to you. If after this you still feel like the warning/infraction is not fair, please create a ticket in our Complaint Area. Choose the point "I have received an infraction/warning that I believe is unjustified" to create the thread. A Community Manager will then have a look and make a decision.
  
  In this thread you can find the exact information about what our warnings/infractions are all about and what the consequences are.
• More than one person in my home is using elitepvpers. Do I have to report this?

  Yes. As soon as there is more than one person per home using our website, you will need to report this in our Complaint Area. Please use the point "My sibling/roommate has also registered an elitepvpers account and I would like to let you guys know as specified in the rules" to create the thread. If you miss to report the second account to us, it might happen that we will bann your account from our website. Every user is allowed to only have one account.
