So 10% for +7? I guess it doesn't work... I'm really bored of +12 weapons, if +7 will be rare here it would bring oldschool times.

Exactly... make +7 hard like isro and we will see lots of +7 around and VERY VERY FEW +9...
Also, please, put atleast 5-10% assimilation on stones... if everyone will have 80% - 100% stats on their items its gonna be too balanced and boring, every char has to feel unique in my opinion...
or we will end up with a bunch of +9 weapons and +7/+8 sets with 80-100% stats on every player... same damage everywhere :\

You right , yes. But ppl mad who can't fuse +5 easily that's the big problem
