EU's aren't OP, they just reward teamplay way more then CHN, which encourages people to play as a team and make silkroad a better experience.

Yep, that's why a War/Cleric, Warlock/Rogue, Rogue/Cleric, Wiz/Cleric etc. pwns EUs 1 vs 1 senseless.

Eu's ARE OP, they reward teamplay a lot more + they are better at singleplay as well.

Simulation (Warrior/Cleric), BlackPoint (Force Glavier) and me were balancing around... 20% Dmg Inc on a Force Glavier couldn't kill a warrior cleric.... and Simulation wasn't even playing defensive much.

Even without using the maxed DD.. only using the first one he easily pwned BlackPoint.

There's no point in discussing this. EUs are stronger than chinese in EVERY aspect, there is no possibility to balance them properly.

Also, did you concider balancing them via items? Like, chinese chars can get sun, eu chars can only get moon?
