Yeah, idea with decrease shield for non shield build's good cause people just running with susun +15 shield and they are untouched. v

My suggest :

Add great dmg to bladers, but decrease their deff, also decrease the block ratio of shield .. e.g 16 max for sox, cause guys with block more than 20 are ^ untouched.

Do a server with hight dmg rate.. To avoid against nukers on pvp switching weapon/shield and waiting for end of mana shield.

More dmg to all classes. @

we was want 1 server with all players to be 1.5k or more active we miss isro days when server 3k and full and these days will back with elamiads now after u decided to make 2nd server each server will be like 500 ~600 wont be fun like 1 server .
i dont know why u want to make CH only every thing is fine with Euro and CH ppl will accpet that and deal with that fck the balance and .
what u want from force glavie for pvp and bow int for uniques is that fun? 90% of server playing these 2 builds Arghhhhh
btw alot of ppl will say u want to gain alot of money from opening the first server and ppl will pay , then alot of ppl will pay in the 2nd server and it's pvp server and u know what i mean.
