I would agree to no nerfs or changes to neither class , but this server is modified way too much , has new dungeons , weapons , and the weirdest thing of all , coins dropping from uniques.

In my opinion u should make just EU serv without ch chars,delete black res+normal res 1min cooldown+bard buffs reduced to 15%,str/int from cler reduced to 10min,also warior skins/fances reduced time,warlock debuffs not every 1s reduced to 15-20s like china force has,with cooldowns u get less buff wars especially in fw( pts easier to get kill ) thats how u should do the balance if it is for me :)

the rate will be low enough akasch told me. u have to spend some time (botting or grinding doesnt matter) but u wont reach lvl 100 in 1 day ;)
