To the people who are posting total bullshit about the skill balance for euros, let me give it to you straight.

First off like akasch said before, we are gonna attempt to balance EU out, if not then it will be removed in the end.

The balance is still under work, but it will mostly be that Warrior/Wizard/Warlock/Bard will no longer have PT buffs ONLY. This means that Warrior will still have it's skins, but no longer fences. Warlock will still have it's reflect and stun shield, but it will only be able to cast on YOURSELF ONLY. Same goes for wizard, the invisibility and the earth barrier/earth fence will be able to cast on yourself only.

Cleric however will STILL HAVE it's PT buffs, bless etc...
As for Bard, we will attempt to balance it out, if not then we will remove it completely.

Vigors will also be undergoing some changes, the changes are not final but the idea is to basically make vigors as a skill, INT chars will have it's vigors, and STR chars will have it's vigor.

CH skills will also undergo some changes to buffs, skills damage etc... still not fully decided but it will come up slowly.

Please don't listen to what other people are claiming the new skill balance to be, that is just utter bullshit. (such as warlock/bard removed)

i told u guys the best solution for dat sh1ts
1-Make it no party buffs like the pvp servers and remove the bard completely.
2-Increase the chn dmg with 10% ( Add a new buff which gave 10% dmg ) Don't work on imbues and the normal buffs .
Everyone can depend on his self.

Vigor as a skill is an awesome idea, nerf integrity too, it removes nearly 100% of the debuffs, can as well remove it since holy spell is 50%. Could also have some kind of holy spell for chin with same % as euros.
