Alright guys,

After discussing with the crew last night.. we came to the conclusion to FUCK euros.
Then Simulation aka Shin-chan comes up today and wants the euros again.

After another hour of discussion shiz with shinchan, denislar, kelly, LastThief & Ace we came to the conclusion... well not we but shinchan that we would add euros if its balanced.

So what are we gonna do?

Simple, fix up euros as much as possible, fuck fatih's balance ideas and just do it as shinchan wants.
This means.. there will be almost NO party buffs for euros.

If the balance works out properly we keep euros... if it doesnt work out properly then we anally penetrate em to death.

1) Add %10 damage and %5 defance skill on CH..

2) Increase skills 110 for CH..

3) Add %10 damage for ch..

Descrase pain,screens,iron buffs..
Increase cd for warlock..
Descrase bless spell defance..
Increase bless cooldown..
Delete Black Res / Group Res
Delete bard build ( Already no1 will play with bard build bcuz everyone buying speed drug..Psro killed bard builds..If it was Isro everyone goes bard but it isnt :) )
Descrase STR - INT - Body Blessing bufs
Fix Dagger speed bug + zerk + devil.. ( I think you cant..Because Velestia 1 and Velestia 2 you didnt find any solution for zerk moving speed..It was the same without zerk LOL )

We did fix it in the end.... the whole table was fucked up.

royal as i said be4 when u decided to make euro and ch server ppl welcomed and deal with that, so dont destory our hopes to find a good server with euros really we missed to playing with euro and we got bored from ch only servers just try to add 10% DMG more and 120 skills for ch it will be awesome fck the balance maaah.

+1 I agree completely. Just nerf what is OP in EU race or improve CN fire shield and buff damage and absorption by 10%. Chinese servers always get so boring because everyone is basically the same build.

Yeah after playing in so many chinese only servers (velestia/devias etc) it becomes really dull, no euro areas and diversity makes a pretty boring server in the long run. Just nerf what needs to be nerfed and buff what needs to be buffed and there you go :)
