normally says that if your not using a English client and use /country:US in the bat but the Age of rappelz client is English and im using it fine :P

working stuff:
exp, skills, pets, stats, most npcs

Known problems:
The mobs spawns are 50% there
dungeons dont work atm (trainee island one does)
there is a an item bug (dont sort you items)
quest work but dont show in you quests list
dont use warehouse or auction house
and there is more.

set exp and drop rate write in game server window:
set game.item_drop_rate 15
set game.exp_rate 15

bugs are been worked on in closed development and only major fixes will be release.

if you FOLLOW every step in the guide you will not have to do anything but wait till we fix more problems.

Im pretty sure i have done everything correct, But i am not able to connect to the login server. I dont have an account but i am trying to use the UN admin PW admin.
I was getting the localeinfo not found error also but i got past that. Any help/info i would be most thankful.

check your .bat file what you have write if you have localeinfo fail write /locale:US not /local:US^^

it means you didnt read the guide fully and added the 2 commands to the auth window

From guide on page 20
Now put these commands in to the auth server window
start_service
set game.open_external 1

you will have to do that every time you reopen the auth server

went threw the items i found few sweet items . one was Char NameChange & it actully Works rofl ID is 2010459

also found ss delux etc which i thought wasent added till late e6

i have gangxtars problem -.- cant login into charakter server =(
