Don't forget to whisper him with the correct keywords, you could create ingame macros for it
whisper him with "Loot my target!" to make him loot your target, you can whisper this already when the fattie is still alive he will wait till it's lootable
whisper him with "Follow me again!" to cancel the looting process of the follower

very easy setup, put your unique-ID to the upper field and your PayPal email to the lower field, hit checkout, pay, done :)
