Dayum you people have no patience at all, u just come here and spam oh when reg open why site offline, they said it simply to understand it will be open 15-20GMT+1 today and its only 16.30 at GMT+1 now so chill, even if it takes another day or two, i would prefer to wait a bit more but get it fully 100% ready
